Raheen Church
Completed in 1858. Dedicated to St Nessan who had been Abbot at Mungret Monastery in the 6th Century. Known as ‘Mungret' Church until a new church was erected in Mungret village in 1981. The church was extended in 1992. In this extension two side aisles were added and the church's capacity doubled to cater for a growing population.

11 am; Vigil 7.30 pm on the evening before the Holy Day, except when the Vigil Mass falls on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday. The Vigil is then transferred to the evening of the Holyday at 7.30 pm.
St Patrick's Day is treated as a Sunday. Thus Mass on March 17th at 11 am and 12.30 pm. Vigil on March 16th at 7.30 pm.
