Dear Parishioners.

We are responding to a number of calls from parishioners asking how they might be able to continue to support the parish and priests financially.

We have put together four options:

 

Option 1 - Parish Office

Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm.  Weekly envelopes, Trocaire Boxes and Dues envelopes can be left into the Parish Office window in Raheen.  Mary will be in the office but will be able to accept items through the window.

 

Option 2 - Online Payment by credit / debit card.

Click  Donate here  to make online payment using credit or debit cards or Apple Pay.  You will be re-directed to the website of our service provider, Payzone, where you will be asked to Sign Up when you make your initial donation and this will allow you to receive emailed receipts automatically.

You will have the option to tick a box to make your donation recur automatically weekly or monthly and you may find this convenient. 

If you encounter difficulty using Safari browser, use Chrome or Edge instead.

 

Option 3 - Online Banking

Below are the BIC and IBAN numbers for the two parish bank accounts.  

Account 1 is for the weekly collection which pays the everyday bills of the parish.

Please include your name on the lodgement so we can identify who made the lodgement.

 

Option 4 - Tap2Donate

At the Parish Consultation meeting on 30 September, a number of people suggested that the donation process should be made more convenient, especially as many people now use tap payments rather than cash.  

In response, we are introducing Tap2Donate terminals at the two main doors to St Nessan’s Church, Raheen.  These display a number of preset amount options but donors can also contribute more or less by selecting the “Other Amount” button.

If you wish to participate in the Charitable Donation Scheme (which is beneficial for the parish), you will have the option to enter your name and phone number after tapping your donation amount.  Your details will be requested once only (for that card on that Tap machine).

 

We are very grateful for any financial support, it goes without saying that we are acutely aware of the changed financial situation for many and only offer these options to contribute for those who are in a position to do so.
